The decor was whimsical and original, adding a unique touch to our Christmas experience. the attention to detail in the restoration of the property was exceptional, making it a truly stunning place to stay. the location offered beautiful views over the hills, perfect for enjoying a peaceful holiday. being close to a nature reserve provided us with plenty of opportunities for scenic walks.
The lack of a dishwasher was a small inconvenience, as it would have been more practical for a group of six adults. the third bedroom was also quite small, with limited storage space, making it a bit of a tight squeeze for our party.

The bathroom was top-notch, with a lovely shower and a bathtub. I felt like I was in my personal spa!
The only downside was that the bathroom decor was not my cup of tea, but others might still enjoy it.

The Iron Chapel in Ryton was a delightful place to stay. The quirky decor and Christmas lights created a cozy atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the chapel was impeccable. We were pleased to find that there were plenty of nice walks nearby for us to explore with our dogs. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even treated us to some delicious mulled wine. our experience at The Iron Chapel was simply fantastic.
If I had to point out any downsides, the shower could have had a bit more power, but it was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, having a dishwasher instead of a washing machine would have been more convenient for a group of six adults.

Although the shower could have been more powerful, it was a minor issue. the third bedroom was quite small and lacked storage space for six adults.

the choice of brown towels was not to our preference. these minor details did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction with the accommodation.
